Greg is an avid golfer and has a particular interest in the spine, nervous system and biomechanics involved in the golf swing. His own enjoyment of the game has encouraged him to develop a deeper understanding of the physical demands involved in golf and how different areas of the body work together during movement. He enjoys bringing this perspective into his clinical assessments and conversations with patients, particularly those who want to remain active and continue enjoying the sports and hobbies that are important to them.
Outside the practice, one of Greg’s greatest joys is being a grandfather to his four grandchildren. Becoming a grandad has given him a renewed appreciation for family-focused chiropractic care and for the privilege of caring for people at different stages of life. Over more than four decades in practice, Greg has had the unique experience of caring for multiple generations within the same families.
He has also loved the opportunity to work alongside his daughter, Dr Jo Miles, making chiropractic very much a family affair. Seeing the foundations he established grow into a wider team and network of practices has been a particularly rewarding part of his career.

Jo is a chiropractor, business owner, and mum to two young children aged 3 and 6. Over the past six years, she has grown Great Minds Chiropractic into a trusted part of the local community, with a strong focus on delivering consistent, high-quality care across multiple clinics.
She is passionate about building genuine relationships and is actively involved in community education—working with schools, workplaces, and local groups to improve understanding of health and how people can support their bodies through different stages of life.
Jo has a special interest in working with families, and has particularly enjoyed supporting pregnant women, babies, children and teenagers. She values the opportunity to work alongside families over time, seeing how their health goals evolve as they grow.
She is also passionate about challenging outdated ideas around ageing, and enjoys working with older members of the community to support them in staying active, capable and engaged in their daily lives.
At the heart of Jo’s approach is a strong belief in putting the “care” into healthcare—taking the time to listen, understand each person’s unique situation, and provide thoughtful, individualised support.
With a combination of professional experience and real-life perspective, Jo brings a practical and grounded approach to helping people navigate their health and wellbeing.

We as individuals and a community deserve to have every opportunity to foster our health and live life to its fullest. It is this reason that I became a chiropractor.
Working as a chiropractor I have been privileged to witness amazing changes in people’s lives. Using the knowledge gained as a chiropractor I have been able to serve many people supporting them to reach their optimal potential by having a spine and nerve system that is free of interference. My additional experience working in the health and fitness industry had given me a great insight into how movement, nutrition and mindset can greatly benefit someone’s chiropractic care.
My passions for life include family time and getting up to mischief with my little boy Ollie, sports such as rugby, swimming, diving and fishing. Social time with friends and down-time by myself reading a good book are also right up there!
I am committed to helping you, your family and your community being happier, healthier and more alive.

Final Year Chiropractic Intern
Originally from Africa, Josh moved to New Zealand with his family at the age of six and grew up in Tauranga. After finishing high school, he relocated to Auckland to begin his chiropractic studies.
Josh’s interest in chiropractic developed from seeing the impact that recurring back pain had on his father following an old injury. Seeing his father’s experience with chiropractic care sparked Josh’s curiosity about the relationship between the spine, movement and overall wellbeing, and ultimately inspired him to pursue chiropractic as a career.
Now in the final stages of his chiropractic studies, Josh enjoys working with people across all stages of life, from children and families through to older adults. He has a particular interest in athletes and active individuals, and in supporting people to move well, stay active and continue doing the things they enjoy.
Having grown up playing a variety of sports, Josh has always had a strong interest in movement, strength and physical performance. Outside the practice, he enjoys strength training at the gym and is looking forward to getting back into football and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu after graduation.
For Josh, chiropractic is about supporting people to better understand and care for their bodies, with an individual approach focused on movement, function and wellbeing.
