Originally from Newcastle in England, Dr Paula came to New Zealand for her OE. Whilst working as a registered nurse, Paula turned to chiropractic care following her own health issues. This experience led to a change in career. She became fascinated about the body’s natural inborn ability to heal itself.

Drawing on her nursing experience and chiropractic training she helps keep people functioning at their best version of themselves. Following the birth of her twin girls, Paula has a keen interest in seeing pregnant mums to be and children. Grace and Olivia received their first adjustment within minutes of being born, allowing them to grow and develop with minimal stress on their nervous system.
