Jo is a chiropractor, business owner, and mum to two young children aged 3 and 6. Over the past six years, she has grown Great Minds Chiropractic into a trusted part of the local community, with a strong focus on delivering consistent, high-quality care across multiple clinics.

She is passionate about building genuine relationships and is actively involved in community education—working with schools, workplaces, and local groups to improve understanding of health and how people can support their bodies through different stages of life.

Jo has a special interest in working with families, and has particularly enjoyed supporting pregnant women, babies, children and teenagers. She values the opportunity to work alongside families over time, seeing how their health goals evolve as they grow.

She is also passionate about challenging outdated ideas around ageing, and enjoys working with older members of the community to support them in staying active, capable and engaged in their daily lives.

At the heart of Jo’s approach is a strong belief in putting the “care” into healthcare—taking the time to listen, understand each person’s unique situation, and provide thoughtful, individualised support.
